  8. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a top layer of meat sauce and mozzarella cheese.
  9. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
