  3. Stir in the curry powder, cumin, turmeric, chili powder, cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1-2 minutes to allow the spices to release their flavors.
  4. Add the coconut milk and diced tomatoes. Stir well and bring the mixture to a simmer. Cook for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce has thickened.
  5. Finish with lemon juice and garnish with chopped cilantro.
